Wall Street Broker Says Rival Poached Employees

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Wall Street brokerage Joseph Gunnar & Co. on Monday launched a legal battle against a competitor in court and before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, alleging Aegis Capital Corp. recruited three of its brokers — including its CEO's nephew — and tried to use them to steal its customers and trade secrets.
