Judge Halts DHS "No-Match" Illegal Worker Rule

Law360 (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Bush administration suffered defeat Wednesday when a federal judge barred the government from sending modified no-match letter packets to employers, effectively overturning a final rule promulgated in August by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
