PE Firm Lovell Minnick Invests $50M In Pa. Commercial Bank

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 3:09 PM EDT) -- California private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners LLC has closed a minority investment in the holding company of a regional commercial and private bank based in Pennsylvania for $50 million, the companies announced Tuesday.

Lovell Minnick, which has offices in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, said it bought a minority share of TriState Capital Holdings Inc., a Pittsburgh-based bank holding company for TriState Capital Bank. The deal has been approved by regulators, and financing from Lovell Minnick has closed.
