Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 9:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' inspector general reported Monday that it has recommended terminating and possibly debarring a contractor that allegedly abused its status as a veteran-owned small business to obtain contracts that were completely outsourced to a large company, Health Net Inc.
