Psych Counseling Can Be A Medical Exam Under ADA: 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 7:41 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit ruled Wednesday that psychological counseling can count as a medical examination under the Americans With Disabilities Act, which forbids employers from requiring such exams unless they are job-related, reviving an ambulance driver's lawsuit against her employer.
