10th Circ. Keeps NM Oil-Drilling Row Out Of Federal Court

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Wednesday kept out of federal court a dispute between oil and gas giant Devon Energy Corp. and a potash producer over an oil well drilled at a location for which the federal government had denied a permit, saying it does not have jurisdiction over the matter.
