Norfolk Settles Marcellus Pipeline Eminent Domain Row

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 8:52 PM EDT) -- Freight railroad operator Norfolk Southern Corp. and Central New York Oil and Gas Co. LLC have reached a settlement in their dispute over the energy company's use of eminent domain to build a controversial $257 million natural gas pipeline through northeastern Pennsylvania, according to a court order issued Wednesday.
