Texas Strikes In Battle Of The Alamo Trademarks

Law360, Dallas (August 23, 2012, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The state of Texas is ready to defend the Alamo on all fronts, including preventing a nearby bar from trademarking the slogan, “I Can't Remember the Alamo,” as it filed formal opposition to the bar's federal trademark application last week.
