Pfizer Can't Boot Doctors' Suicide Testimony From Chantix MDL

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 2:02 PM EDT) -- An Alabama federal judge on Tuesday mostly rejected Pfizer Inc.’s attempt to toss expert testimony in a multidistrict litigation alleging the company should have known its smoking cessation drug Chantix was linked to suicidal thoughts, saying the doctors’ testimonies were reliable.
