Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 5:40 PM EDT) -- A Chrysler Group LLC factory worker who allegedly endured three years of harassment from his co-workers because of his ethnicity and religious beliefs won reinstatement of a $3.5 million damages award on Thursday after the Seventh Circuit ruled the automaker did little to stop the mistreatment.
