Polycom Sues Sun Capital Over $114M Wireless Handset Deal

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 8:51 PM EDT) -- Polycom Inc.is suing Sun Capital Partners V LP for breach of contract and to enforce a May deal in which the private equity firm was slated to buy Polycom’s wireless handset business for as much as $114 million, according to a complaint unsealed Friday.
