Tenet Ducks Nurse's Class Arbitration Bid In Wage Case

Law360, Philadelphia (August 24, 2012, 3:57 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge has confirmed an arbitration award that determined that a nurse's claims against Tenet HealthSystem Philadelphia Inc. over “off-the-clock” work could only move forward on an individual basis, denying his efforts to pursue class arbitration.
