Cigarette Warning Label Battle Likely Headed For High Court

Circuit's Friday decision finding federal regulators' use of mandatory graphic warnings for cigarette packages unconstitutional will likely put the issue before the U.S. Supreme Court, creating the possibility that a key directive of a landmark 2009 tobacco control law will be struck down, attorneys say.
