DC Circ. Upholds NIH Stem-Cell Research Funding

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday upheld a decision allowing the National Institutes of Health to fund research involving embryonic stem cells, ruling that such funding isn't illegal as long as the research doesn't involve the destruction of a human embryo.
