Kodak Wrongly Redacted Notebook, ITC Judge Finds

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 5:52 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge has ruled that bankrupt Eastman Kodak Co. inappropriately redacted an inventor's notebook before handing it over to HTC Corp. in a U.S. International Trade Commission investigation over HTC's and Apple Inc.'s alleged infringement of digital imaging patents.
