$5.3M Bonus Plan For Hawker Beechcraft Execs Nixed

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge in New York shot down a proposal Friday from Hawker Beechcraft Inc. that could have handed eight senior executives $5.3 million in bonuses, ruling that the standards for obtaining payouts were too low for the plan to qualify as an incentive program.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stuart Bernstein denied Hawker Beechcraft's motion for a green light to implement its "key employee incentive plan," which drew objections from the U.S. trustee and a labor union that represents around 2,000 of the airplane maker's employees....
