Murdoch Daughter Touts Morals, Shuns News Corp. Throne

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 10:25 PM EDT) -- Media mogul Rupert Murdoch's daughter Elisabeth on Friday said she has no desire to take over as the head of News Corp., following a speech in which she seemingly distanced her business ethics from those her brother James expressed three years ago, according to news reports.

“I really harbor absolutely no ambition for the top job,” Murdoch said during a question-and-answer session at the Edinburgh Television Festival, according to the Financial Times.
