Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee asked a New York bankruptcy judge Friday to appoint a Chapter 11 trustee for hedge fund Fletcher International Ltd., saying the debtor's management is too intertwined with that of affiliated entities that need to be investigated to be considered independent.
