Three Days Into Trial, Cordis Hacks At Boston's Claims

Law360 (October 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In another bid for damage control in the stent suit Boston Scientific Corp. filed against it five years ago, Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Cordis Corp. has asked for judgment as a matter of law on the suit's claims of willful infringement of three patents.
