Thermador Maker Sues For Right To Use Julia Child's Image

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 2:06 PM EDT) -- BSH Home Appliances Corp. sued The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts on Friday, claiming the company's use of historical photos of the late chef with the company's Thermador products do not violate her right of publicity.
