Moet Seeks To Cork Rival's Champagne Ads

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 6:26 PM EDT) -- Moet Hennessy, the maker of such champagnes as Dom Perignon and Veuve Clicquot, on Friday accused industry newcomer Armand de Brignac of false advertising for claiming its entire line is “Rated the No. 1 Champagne in the World.”
