Italian Eatery Il Mulino Seeks Sanctions In Trademark Row

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 4:03 PM EDT) -- New York restaurant chain Il Mulino, which has eateries in Chicago, Tokyo and other locations, will seek contempt sanctions Tuesday against a New Jersey restaurant that is allegedly copying its name, advertising and dining room layout, according to Il Mulino's attorney.
