Simon Seeks To Ax Antitrust Suit Over Shopping-Center Share

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 5:20 PM EDT) -- Mall operator Simon Property Group Inc. on Friday asked an Indiana federal court to toss antitrust claims brought by competitor Gumwood HP Shopping Partners LP in a dispute over shopping center market share in the state, saying a magistrate judge's support of Gumwood's claims misapplies the law.
