Counsel Warned After Morgan & Morgan Lapse In MDL

Law360 (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Arkansas federal judge has ordered all counsel representing Pilgrim's Pride Corp. workers in multidistrict wage-and-hour litigation to stop soliciting workers to join the class action, saying any further violations will be “severely dealt with by the court.”

Judge Harry F.
