Dana Plaintiffs Object To Disclosure Statement

Law360 (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lead plaintiffs in a class action securities lawsuit pending against bankrupt auto parts maker Dana Corporation have jumped into the company's Chapter 11 proceedings, filing a formal objection to Dana's disclosure statement.

In a motion filed Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the SEIU Pension Plans Master Trust, West Virginia Laborers' Pension Trust Fund and Plumbers and Pipefitters National Pension Fund objected to the disclosure statement.
