German Group Rips Facebook Over App Center Data Sharing

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A coalition of German consumer organizations on Monday threatened to sue Facebook Inc. over its allegedly unlawful practice of sharing users' personal information with third parties through its new App Center without first obtaining proper user consent.
