Navy Settles Hazardous Waste Storage Dispute With EPA

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Navy has agreed to pay the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency $32,800 to settle multiple allegations of hazardous waste mismanagement in violation of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act at a Virginia storage facility, the EPA announced Thursday.
