Patriot Shareholders Ask For Ch. 11 Equity Committee

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 4:09 PM EDT) -- Patriot Coal Corp. shareholders asked a New York bankruptcy judge Monday to appoint an equity holders committee in the case, saying there should be significant recovery for equity but that shareholders must have a voice in the case to protect their rights.
