Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 9:12 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday held that a prior complaint is not appropriate evidence in a jury trial for a separate suit because it merely contains accusations, vacating the conviction of a former dietary supplement company CEO accused of securities violations.
