HHS Escapes Christian College's Contraception Suit

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Washington on Friday tossed an Illinois Christian college's First Amendment challenge to an Obama administration mandate that employer health plans cover contraception, saying the lawsuit is premature because the requirement isn't finalized and currently exempts certain religious employers.
