DC Groups Split Over $127M Adams Morgan Hotel Project

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 8:15 PM EDT) -- Two Washington planning groups divided over the scale of a proposed estimated $127.1 million hotel issued opposing opinions Monday, as the Adams Morgan area project spearheaded by a real estate unit of investment firm Friedman Capital heads toward its final approval stages.
