PSU's Venue Protest Denied In Sandusky Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 9:30 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court refused last week to hear Pennsylvania State University's protest over an order that transferred to Philadelphia its lawsuit against an insurer for coverage of claims stemming from the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal.

Though the Superior Court of Pennsylvania on Aug. 22 declined Penn State's interlocutory appeal of the transfer order, the forum fight is not off yet.
