NY Blames Zuccotti Park Owner For Occupy Wall Street Damage

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 2:26 PM EDT) -- The city of New York has pointed the finger at Zuccotti Park owner Brookfield Office Propertes Inc. in two lawsuits brought by Occupy Wall Street protesters and a film crew over damage allegedly caused when they were evicted from the park last November.
