Calif. Court Junks Stanford Law Grad's Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 9:28 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Friday upheld the dismissal of a defamation case filed by a graduate of Stanford Law School alleging one of the university's professors tried to prevent firms from hiring her and attempted to "waylay her career in law."
