7th Circ. Refuses To Review Chicago Hospital Zoning Fight

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Thursday declined to review a contested 2006 Chicago zoning decision that broke city rules to accommodate an expansion of St. Joseph's Hospital, backing an Illinois federal court that refused to second-guess a lower court's decision to allow the change.
