Insurer Sues Plews Shadley Over FCA Sanctions Coverage

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Westfield Insurance Co. on Wednesday launched a lawsuit against Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP in Indiana federal court claiming its policies do not cover the firm in its fight against sanctions imposed in a False Claims Act suit.
