AMR, US Airways Confirm Deal Talks Under Way

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 1:51 PM EDT) -- The bankrupt parent company of American Airlines has entered into a nondisclosure agreement with U.S. Airways Group Inc. that allows the companies to discuss a potential combination, they said Friday, bringing them one step closer to forming one of the world's largest carriers.
