NYSPSC Rebuffs Enviro Report On $2B Blackstone Power Line

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A New York regulator on Thursday denied requests from two state agencies and Entergy Corp. to consider a Consolidated Edison Co. report on the potential environmental impact of the Blackstone Group LP’s planned $2 billion power line from Quebec to New York City.
