Weiss Holds Firm, Pleads Not Guilty To Kickbacks

Law360, New York (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Having proclaimed his innocence at a court hearing Friday, class action attorney Melvyn Weiss did as promised at his arraignment Monday and pled not guilty to charges stemming from the kickbacks scandal that has engulfed his law firm.
