Lawmakers At Odds With Minn. Over $30M Medicaid Payment

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 3:28 PM EDT) -- Republican lawmakers investigating whether the Minnesota Department of Human Services defrauded federal taxpayers by initially failing to share a $30 million overpayment sent a letter to the DHS commissioner Thursday asking her to explain what they said was conflicting testimony on the issue.
