Judge Keeps Alive Opulent Case Against Nasdaq

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. and a private equity fund have split a decision in a case that pits the two against each other over the alleged misreporting of base stock prices, with a district court judge refusing to grant Nasdaq's motion to dismiss and also refusing to send the case back to state court.
