Three Deep Vein Thrombosis Plaintiffs Will Go To Trial

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three plaintiffs who sued airlines for allegedly causing dangerous blood clots will become the first plaintiffs in their multi-district litigation to take their cases to trial, a federal judge ruled on Friday, while one other lost on summary judgment.
