Insurer Asks To Exit Water District's Wildfire Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 12:32 PM EDT) -- An excess insurer said Friday it had no duty to cover a California water district that’s seeking up to $19 million in coverage for lawsuits by owners of burned-down homes who allege the district designed a water supply system inadequate for fighting a 2008 wildfire.
