GSK Whistleblowers Slam 'Excessive' $30M Fee Request

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 3:51 PM EDT) -- Two whistleblowers behind the record $3 billion False Claims Act settlement GlaxoSmithKline PLC inked in July over charges of kickbacks and misbranding drugs sought Friday to block their onetime legal counsel from winning $30 million in fees, calling the request unsubstantiated by a lien.
