Ex-Bayer Exec Says Criticism Of Aleve Claims Led To Firing

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 4:33 PM EDT) -- A former pharmaceutical executive for Bayer Corp., who claims she was fired after telling her bosses there was no legitimate data to support certain efficacy claims for the pain reliever Aleve, filed a whistleblower complaint against the company in New Jersey state court on Friday.
