US Trustee Counters Patriot Coal's Bid To Keep Venue

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee responded Friday to Patriot Coal Corp.'s objection to her bid to move the bankruptcy, saying the debtor failed to refute her central argument, that the creation of two entities on the eve of bankruptcy was an attempt to “manufacture venue.”
