Texas Sen. Says Insurance Commish Should Be Sacked

Rick Perry on Thursday to oust state insurance commissioner Eleanor Kitzman, claiming the regulator is blocking a rule aimed at curbing unexpected out-of-network medical fees and that she consistently favors insurers over consumers.
