NYC Judge Denies Anti-Cozen Bias But Steps Down From Case

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A New York judge said Tuesday he bears no bias against a Cozen O'Connor legal team defending Duane Reade Inc. from claims that one of the drugstore chain's trucks ran down a woman and ruined her life,  but removed himself from the case, he said, out of an abundance of caution.
