Wind Turbine Maker Looks To Secure $60M Arbitration Award

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 9:13 PM EDT) -- First Wind Energy LLC asked a New York state court Tuesday to order an attachment of nearly $60 million against private equity-owned Clipper Windpower LLC over fears the troubled company will be unable to satisfy a potential breach of contract arbitration award.
