Taiwanese Shipping Co. Agrees To Pay For SC Oil Spill

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 2:27 PM EDT) -- A Taiwanese shipping company has agreed to compensate the federal government, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and other environmental agencies for damages caused by a 2002 oil spill, according to a proposed consent decree filed Tuesday.
